Getting to know you

Before starting, we shall have to get to know you, your products or services and above all your aims and objectives. This is when we get together, for a personal encounter or over the telephone, when you will be giving us a full account of your area of operations and objectives. The participants of this conversation will be yourself, the project leader and our business manager.
